I have spent all but one of my 67 summers at my family's Little Point Sable cottage. I am a fourth generation "Pointer," and no matter where I have lived in the world, my little cottage on Lake Michigan has always been home.
In 2014, a nearby cottage owner asked if I would consider acting as their rental manager. It was a successful venture for both of us, and thus Latitude 43.6 LLC was born. I currently handle the rentals of several properties along Lake Michigan, between Silver and Stony Lakes. I don't want to get too "big" as I like to offer personalized service to both cottage owners and renters. |
My genuine love of people, knowledge of Oceana County, attention to detail, location and accessibility, and authentic desire to put a smile on the face of everyone I come into contact with, make for happy owners and renters ... and me!
My many years as a concierge at a Caribbean resort have come in very handy. I live at my cottage April through December, so I'm available 24/7 -- spring, summer and fall. In January, February, and March I head to warmer waters ... Florida, California, the Virgin Islands ... where I keep busy with book editing and social media marketing ... and answering rental inquiries. ~ Laura |
