This part of Michigan is truly one of my favorite places in the world and I love sharing it with others.  Newcomers are always amazed at the massive Great Lake and its Caribbean colors.  (And it's unsalted and shark-free!)

I manage many cottages within 8 miles of mine, and am available 24/7 should you have any questions or problems.  Rents range from $1750 to $4620/week, so there is something for everyone.  Tell me what type of vacation you are looking for and I'll steer you in the right direction.

Need ideas of things to do?  Just ask!  I also have a notebook in each cottage full of brochures and booklets about nearby activities.  The notebook also contains information about your specific cottage ... history, quirks, trash day, etc.

     Whether your special place on Lake Michigan is a small, older, family cottage steeped in history and charm (and quirks!), or a new luxurious home with all the bells and whistles, I would be honored to be your rental manager.

     I take care of everything ...
     Taking quality photographs; marketing and promotion
     Answering all rental inquiries within 24 hours
     Executing a contract with the renters
     Collecting rent, security deposit, cleaning fee, and 6% tax
     Handling any questions or problems that arise
     Cleaning and maintenance
     Checking the property before, during, and after each rental
     Paying the sales tax quarterly; providing and filing 1099s
     Available 24/7 May through October
